With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Mollie Boyd has a deep understanding of what it takes to create meaningful, effective benefit solutions for businesses. Mollie began her career in 2001, working for Central Oregon’s largest independent agency, where she spent 16 years managing a multi-million-dollar retail operation. Her hands-on experience means she’s not just an expert in benefits—she truly understands the challenges and goals of business owners.


As a Bend native, Mollie’s passion for her community runs deep. Raising her daughters Camden and Claire in the same town where she grew up, she brings a personal touch to every client relationship. Mollie’s unique perspective as both a business owner and a longtime insurance broker allows her to see the bigger picture: a successful benefits plan doesn’t just protect employees, it strengthens the entire business.
